This week, we are featuring the wonderful team of Mrs. Shoup and Ms. Block in our elementary classroom. These two are clearly a dynamic duo when it comes to working with students.

Mrs. Shoup began teaching 23 years ago as a full-time teacher. She then transitioned into a part-time position at Maranatha 8 years ago, where she has continued to make an impact on young learners. Ms. Block, a newer teacher to MCA (3 years), brings a fresh and enthusiastic energy to the classroom. Her love for teaching younger students and seeing them learn and grow is inspiring!

Together, Mrs. Shoup and Ms. Block create an excellent team in the elementary setting. Their combined experience and passion for education make them an asset to MCA.

When asked about their favorite part of teaching at MCA, Mrs. Shoup said "The feeling of community and teamwork is wonderful!" Ms. Block seconded this, expressing her deep appreciation for "The supportive environment and collaborative teamwork from everyone on staff." It is clear that these two educators bring warmth and dedication to everything they do.
