The MCA school calendar is your authoritative source for the full academic year — including the first and last days of school, semester breaks, early dismissal and non-school days, holidays, and flagship community events like Fall Fest, Grandparents Day, and the Spring Gala.

The online calendar is updated in real time as dates are added or changed. A one-page quick-glance PDF is also available for planning, though the web calendar should always be treated as the most current source.

Athletics Calendar

The MCA Athletics Calendar lists all home and away schedules for Mustang varsity, JV, and C-team sports throughout the year. Game times, locations, and admission details are updated in real time through the Skyline Conference website.

Tickets for select events can be purchased online through the official Skyline Conference ticketing system. Check the schedule before you go — game times and venues are subject to change.

Schoology is MCA's Learning Management System where students and parents can view daily assignments, grades, and course materials. Use district code MCA-MN to log in.

FACTS Financial Aid

FACTS manages MCA's tuition payment plans and financial aid programs. Log in to set up payment plans, review financial aid agreements, or manage your aid application. For more on tuition and affordability, visit our Tuition & Financial Aid page.

FACTS Family Portal

FACTS Family Portal is MCA's Student Information System where families manage directory access, view report cards, handle tuition and billing, and manage lunch accounts. Use district code MCA-MN to set up or access your account.

Staff Directory

Connect directly with MCA's faculty and administrative team. Our staff directory includes contact information for teachers, principals, counselors, and support staff across every division. Meet our team.

Academic Records

All new students must have official academic transcripts and previous school records transferred to MCA's Admissions Office before or at the start of the school year. This includes final transcripts from the prior school year for transferring students.

Pre-K Check In

Pre-K follows specific check-in and check-out procedures to ensure early learner safety. Classrooms are open from 7:00 AM through 5:30 PM. Pre-K students are checked directly into their classrooms at drop-off rather than waiting in the general cafeteria. Report an Absence

If your student will be absent, arriving late, or leaving early, please submit an absence form — all situations require the form to be completed. This includes late arrivals, full absences, and early pick-ups. If you call Student Services, they will direct you to submit this form as well.

Policies & Handbooks

MCA's student and family handbooks provide comprehensive guidance on community standards, academic expectations, attendance, behavioral policies, and daily operations. All families are expected to review and be familiar with current handbook content at the start of each school year.

Handbooks are updated annually and cover policies for all divisions — Pre-K through Grade 12. Digital copies are accessible through the FACTS Family Portal and the MCA App.

Parent University

Parent University is MCA's ongoing series of parenting resources, educational sessions, and community conversations designed to equip and encourage families throughout the school year. Topics range from digital wellness and discipline strategies to faith formation and college planning.

Events are typically held throughout the year, often connected to the monthly Maranatha Mornings gathering (last Friday of each month in the Coffee House). Check the school calendar for upcoming sessions.

Volunteer

Volunteers are at the heart of the MCA community. From classroom support and event staffing to athletic event help and campus projects, there are meaningful opportunities to serve throughout the school year.

Volunteer opportunities are coordinated through Parents with Purpose (PWP) and managed via Galaxy Digital, MCA's volunteer platform. Browse current openings and sign up through the volunteer portal.

MCA welcomes formal feedback from families as part of our ongoing commitment to serving our community well. The Parent Feedback form allows you to share concerns, suggestions, or commendations directly with MCA administration.
