Requirements

Employment at Maranatha Christian Academy is a vocational calling that requires absolute alignment with our theological and institutional standards.

All prospective employees must meet the following foundational requirements:

Spiritual Alignment: A vibrant, personal Christian faith and active, regular involvement in a local church. All faculty and staff are required to sign and adhere strictly to the MCA Statement of Faith and Lifestyle Agreement as a condition of employment.

Professional Credentials: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required (a master's degree is highly preferred for High School faculty). Instructional roles require appropriate state or ACSI teaching licensure.
