FACTS Financial Aid

FACTS Family Portal

FACTS Family Portal is MCA's Student Information System where families manage directory access, view report cards, handle tuition and billing, and manage lunch accounts. Use district code MCA-MN to set up or access your account.

Academic Records

All new students must have official academic transcripts and previous school records transferred to MCA's Admissions Office before or at the start of the school year. This includes final transcripts from the prior school year for transferring students.

School Supply Lists

Grade-specific school supply lists are released each summer ahead of the new school year. Lists are organized by division (Pre-K through High School) and include all required materials for the first day of class.

Supply list PDFs are available on the Back to School section of the Current Family Resources page and are distributed via MANE Things in July.

Summer Reading Requirements

At Maranatha, we believe in keeping minds active over the summer. Many grade levels have required summer reading assignments to maintain academic momentum and prevent the "summer slide." Requirements vary by grade and typically include one or more assigned titles along with reflection activities.

The full summer reading schedule — including titles, grade-level assignments, and any accompanying work — is posted each spring. Check the Current Family Resources page for current-year links.

Technology Setup

MCA operates a 1-to-1 device program, and all students must have their device properly set up and registered before the first day of school. Technology setup includes installing required apps, configuring Schoology access, and registering devices with MCA's IT systems.

New Family Orientation

New Family Orientation sessions introduce incoming families to MCA's campus, leadership, academic expectations, culture, and daily operations before the school year begins. Orientation includes division-specific sessions and videos from each principal, covering everything from the schedule and dress code to extracurriculars and digital tools.

Mentor Family Program

The Mentor Family Program pairs incoming MCA families with an established MCA family who serves as a personal guide and community connection during your first year. Mentor families help answer questions, share insider knowledge about campus life, and make the transition to MCA feel like coming home.

To be matched with a mentor family or to volunteer as a mentor, reach out through Parents with Purpose on Facebook or contact the school office.

Parent Teacher Fellowship

Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF) provides structured opportunities for parental involvement and volunteer leadership on campus. PTF events bring families and faculty together to build deeper connections and strengthen the MCA community.

Parent-Teacher Conferences are held twice a year, offering dedicated time to meet with teachers and discuss student progress. Conference dates are listed on the school calendar. PTF volunteer opportunities are coordinated through the MCA volunteer portal.

Report an Absence

If your student will be absent, arriving late, or leaving early, please submit an absence form — all situations require the form to be completed. This includes late arrivals, full absences, and early pick-ups. If you call Student Services, they will direct you to submit this form as well.

Athletics Calendar

The MCA Athletics Calendar lists all home and away schedules for Mustang varsity, JV, and C-team sports throughout the year. Game times, locations, and admission details are updated in real time through the Skyline Conference website.

Tickets for select events can be purchased online through the official Skyline Conference ticketing system. Check the schedule before you go — game times and venues are subject to change.
