Clubs & Organizations

Information on student groups and how to join.

Maranatha offers a variety of clubs and organizations for both lower and upper school students, rooted in the belief that a full education develops the whole person — spirit, soul, and body.

Lower School (K–4)

Enrichment clubs are offered through X-Tended Day, including Spanish club, sports camps, book club, and more. New clubs are added throughout the year.

Upper School (Grades 5–12)

  • Prayer Groups — Open student-led prayer gatherings every other week during lunch/study hall.
  • Praise & Worship — Every other Friday during lunch for grades 7–12, consistently drawing a large portion of the upper school.
  • Black History Student Committee — A student-led organization focused on education and events during Black History Month, open to grades 7–12.
  • Robotics — First Lego League (grades 5–8) and First Tech Challenge (grades 8–12) compete regionally and nationally.

Summer clubs, camps, and clinics are also available. See the Summer Programs page for details.
