On March 6th, Maranatha's Middle School Design Lab hosted a Shark Tank competition where students pitched innovative product ideas to a panel of faculty judges. The event was an exciting showcase of student creativity, entrepreneurial thinking, and presentation skills.
Students in the Design Lab have been working on creating original products or improving existing ones throughout the semester. During the Shark Tank event, they presented their ideas, explained their products, and made compelling pitches for why their innovations matter.

The judges evaluated each product based on innovation, marketability, and the quality of the pitch. Winners were announced and recognized for their outstanding work. This real-world application of design thinking and entrepreneurship gives our students valuable experience in bringing ideas to life and presenting them professionally.
The Shark Tank event exemplifies how Maranatha prepares students for future success by combining academic learning with practical, hands-on experiences that build essential 21st-century skills.
